Srashta Storify Privacy Policy

Srashta Storify ("the App") provides content management and customer engagement enhancements ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

Store details (name, domain, email)
Products and collections metadata
Order history and transaction details
Customer information associated with your Shopify store
App uninstallation webhook to manage data deletion

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

Information about you and any team members who access the App: name, email address, phone number, billing details
Information about store visitors: IP address, web browser type, time zone, cookie information, and device data

We collect personal information directly from you, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

Data Retention

We retain order and usage information for our records unless and until you request its deletion. Upon uninstalling the App, we will delete your store’s identifiable data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
